Our primary focus is to purchase land in prime locations across Auckland and build an exclusive number of medium to high-end residential homes of the highest quality standards.

Additionally, we can also manage the design and build process of our client’s homes. With almost 20 years in the industry, Goldhawk properties provide a truly bespoke experience that produces beautifully constructed homes.

We offer a multidisciplinary service that covers every step of your project’s journey, taking great pride in guiding each of our clients through the process of design and construction of their own select homes. 

We bring together the design, planning, process, and construction of our developments, to ensure every step of the journey is smooth and effortless.

  • STEP 1  -  LAND & CONSULTATION

    Our initial meetings focus on shaping your ideas and wishes.

    Together we discuss practical requirements, site conditions, and budget objectives.

    A design & build consultant runs a free site visit to gain a clear understanding of the project and advise on the feasibility of ideas and options.

  • STEP 2 - DESIGN, PLANS & BUDGET 

    Our architectural designer will prepare concept drawings to tailor and fit our client brief, budget, and site requirements.  

    A meeting is held with our interior designer to develop a palette of colors, textures, and materials unique to our client’s tastes, preferences, and lifestyles.

    Project specifications are also prepared to detail the products and finishes.

  • STEP 3 - BUILDING CONTRACT

    Once the plans, quotation, and addendum are approved, a building contract is prepared (with progress stages and construction timelines).

    The final construction documentation is signed and construction is scheduled to start. 

  • STEP 4 - CONSENT LODGEMENT

    We help manage every stage and process of our client projects, from feasibility to documentation.

    Applications will be prepared and submitted to the relevant authorities, and we complete working drawings and specifications for Building Consent.

  • STEP 5 - CONSTRUCTION

    We align our client, architecture, design, and construction teams together at a single touch point.

    The site is prepared for construction and work begins on-site within two weeks of the Building Consent being issued.

    Our disciplined construction approach and quality control benchmarks are ingrained into our systems to ensure the highest standard of workmanship, and an expectation of high-quality excellence is achieved on-site.

  • STEP 6 - OWNERSHIP

    As completion draws near during the fine interior detailing, we arrange a series of inspections leading up to the exciting moment of handover when you become the proud owner of your home.

    We offer a number of services as part of our Aftercare Service Solutions, to attend to and diagnose any issues that may arise with a new home.

    And our properties proudly offer a Ten-Year Master Builder Guarantee and a Three-Month Maintenance Warranty to ensure complete peace of mind.
