     OUR PROCESS:

 

  •  STEP 1  //  LAND & CONSULTATION 

    A design & Build consultant will do a free site visit to discuss and advise on the feasibility of ideas and options.

 

  •  STEP 2 // DESIGN, PLANS & BUDGET 

    Our architectural designer will prepare concept drawings to fit your brief, budget, site requirements and lifestyle.  We also offer a free interior design consultation.

 

  •  STEP 3 // BUILDING CONTRACT 

    Once the plans, quotation and addendum are approved we will prepare a building contract for you to sign.

  •  STEP 4 // CONSENT LODGEMENT 

    Gold Hawk will complete working drawings and specifications to submit for Building Consent.

 

  •  STEP 5 // CONSTRUCTION 

    Work will start onsite within two weeks of the Building Consent being issued.

 

  •  STEP 6 // MOVE IN 

    Once completed and authorised you can take possession of your new home, with a Ten Year Master Builder Guarantee and Three Month Maintenance Warranty.
